Inmate walks away from work site
A camp inmate walked away from a Carson City work site Wednesday afternoon, the Nevada Department of Corrections said in a statement.
At about 1 p.m., a minimum security inmate Michael David Lillie, 37, of North Las Vegas, walked away from an outside work crew in downtown Carson City. Lillie arrived at the Stewart Conservation Camp in April, the release said; he was serving two to 10 years for driving under the influence.
The statement said Lillie had been out on parole but had violated it and was rearrested in December .
Lillie is described as 6 feet tall, weighs 190 pounds with red hair and hazel eyes, the release said. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a long-sleeved blue shirt and black work boots.
Anyone with information on Lillie’s whereabouts is asked to call 911 or their local law enforcement agency.
