Lennar offers single-story home at Coronado Hills

Lennar's is offering a single-story home in its new Coronado Hills community in Henderson.

This Ristretto Plan includes four bedrooms, three baths and a three-car garage in 2,765 square feet.

The home is priced in the mid-$300,000s and has a full driveway and large backyard.

This plan is also available with an optional second-story game room with a half bath, which brings it to 3,569 square feet.

Gourmet kitchens with food-preparation islands, GE appliances, granite slab kitchen countertops and new cost-effective green features, such as Lennar's all-new Home Automation, dual-flush toilets and low-energy vinyl windows. All of these feature a are available at no extra cost.

With five plans to choose from, this community offers single and two-story homes with as many as six bedrooms and measuring from 2,765 to 3,897 square feet.

Coronado Hills is near Interstate 215 and the Green Valley Ranch area.

Everyone is invited to attend the grand opening of Coronado Hills Feb. 12 and 13 from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 681 Coffee Cherries Court.
