Pulte Homes to celebrate opening

Paseo at Madeira Canyon by Pulte Homes is now offering brand-new designs starting from the $180,000s, with a variety of floor plans.

To celebrate the opening of the new models, Paseo at Madeira Canyon will be hosting a football-themed party from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Feb. 6. There will be snacks, games, a bounce house for kids, a raffle for a 50-inch plasma TV and musical entertainment will be provided by a local high school marching band and DJ.

Paseo at Madeira Canyon features 11 one- and two-story models ranging from 1,762 to 3,364 square feet. The homes offer up to four bedrooms, up to 31/2 baths, and a two- or three-car garage. Options are available to expand each plan to add bedrooms and baths, lofts, casitas, theater rooms, bonus rooms and dens.

The Madeira Canyon Park features a variety of facilities including two ball fields, two soccer fields, four horseshoe pits, two full-sized basketball courts, tennis courts, a security-fenced tot lot designed for children 5 and younger, a play area for children older than 5, a multi-purpose open turf area and a trail system that links the various park amenities. Another attraction is a specially designed water play area that features splash pads, water rainbows, water trees, water cannons and waterfalls.

Madeira Canyon is located in the city of Henderson and offers access to shopping, entertainment and recreational activities. Lake Mead is close by with boating, fishing or picnicking.

Residents of the community have full access to the Madeira Canyon master plan's amenities, including the new Madeira Canyon Park, walking paths, open space areas and a planned elementary school.

To visit Paseo at Madeira Canyon, take the southern portion of Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, to Eastern Avenue and go south, past St. Rose Parkway, to Anthem Parkway, then turn left. Continue on Anthem six miles, then make a left onto Bicentennial Parkway, a left onto Anthem Highlands Drive, and a left onto Democracy Drive, then follow the signs.
