JUDICIAL SCORECARD
Every two years the Review-Journal asks lawyers in Clark County to evaluate sitting justices and judges on job-related attributes. In addition, the lawyers are asked whether the judge should be retained in office.
In 2008 the following jurists, running for contested seats in the November election, were recommended for retention by the percentage of participating attorneys given in the right column.
Those with asterisks by retention scores were rated for their performance on courts other than those to which they now seek election. To view complete ratings, visit Judging the Judges.
