Markiece Palmer and Dina Palmer, were charged with child abuse and murder after Roderick “RJ” Arrington was beaten to death in November of 2012. RJ’s mother, 28-year-old Dina Palmer, who was accused of participating in the beatings, pleaded guilty in exchange to drop a murder charge against her. She testified for the prosecution at Markiece Palmer’s trial.
