Today, Giuseppe Pizzorno is a research professor with the Desert Research Institute. But the pharmacologist with a background in researching anti-cancer molecules came to Nevada in 2002 with the hopes of building a world-class cancer treatment and research facility at the Nevada Cancer Institute.
