Henderson’s 2015 budget carries increased employee costs

Continued increases in employee costs continue to drive Henderson’s operating deficit in a fiscal 2015 budget approved by the City Council on Tuesday. The city is expecting to pull $4.6 million from the city’s vehicle purchasing and maintenance fund to balance its $223.1 million general fund budget. The jury must decide whether Griffith is guilty of either first-degree murder, second-degree murder or voluntary manslaughter — or that he’s not guilty.
