The new owner of the LVH-Las Vegas Hotel and Casino has confirmed that David Siegel, king of timeshare developers, has acquired the off-Strip, 3,261-room property. Siegel said Monday he plans to convert a portion of the hotel into a timeshare development.
Developers hoping to build casinos in New York state used boxes, binders and trucks to submit their proposals to gambling regulators ahead of Monday’s application deadline. Caesars Entertainment filed its 6,000-page application for Caesars New York, about 50 miles from New York City in Woodbury in Orange County.
