A Bay Area punk guitarist claims in a viral Facebook post she was sexually assaulted, handcuffed and humiliated at XS nightclub. In a written statement Sunday, the Wynn said it was up to police and the courts to investigate and prosecute assaults, but that it had offered “whatever assistance we can” to the woman.
