A visit to the Historic Wendover Airfield in Wendover, Utah by the Nevada border. Wendover Airfield was home to Enola Gay and the 509th Composite Group, which was tasked with the operational deployment of nuclear weapons. William Bishop, who speaks later in the video, is son of William Ellsworth Bishop, a flight engineer for Enola Gay, as well as Opal Bishop, a 2nd Lt. in the Army Nurses Corps who also worked on the base.
