Center to offer child care near Terminal 3 at McCarran

McCarran International Child Development Center has plans to provide child care services at an office complex near Terminal 3 this fall.

The center signed a lease in late August to provide services at 1788 Landing Strip Ave. in a space next to the terminal.

In the next few months, the center plans to hire 30 to 50 employees for the center, which will offer services to children ages 6 weeks to 12 years old inside the 18,000-square-foot building.

The center will offer activities in art, music, science and languages, among others.

“We plan to customize our curriculum and activities to accommodate the needs of the people who live and work in and around the airport community,” Nicolas Del Balso, CEO of the center, said in a statement.
