Charity motorcycle rally will move to Palace Station
Desert Thunder, an annual charity motorcycle rally and car show that has run in Primm for 14 years, will move to Palace Station in October.
The group's leaders had already advertised dates at Buffalo Bill's in Primm, but announced the change on Thursday. The rally will run October 7-9.
Desert Thunder is based in San Bernardino County, Calif., and is principally backed by the sheriff's department there. It does not post financial results or how much it donates to children's assistance groups in Southern California and Southern Nevada, including Loma Linda University Hospital and the Las Vegas After School All Stars.
