Everi Holdings fills vacant board seat
Everi Holdings Inc. Tuesday named Eileen Raney to the company’s board, filling the spot held by former CEO Ram Chary.
The Las Vegas-based gaming company, which manufactures payment processing equipment and slot machines through its ownership of Multimedia Games, said Raney satisfies the criteria as an independent director under New York Stock Exchange rules.
Raney held several positions with Deloitte & Touche USA from 1998 to 2007. She has served as an advisory board member at Fino Consulting since 2015 and served as a member of the board of SHFL entertainment from 2011 to 2013.
“Eileen’s board experience within the gaming industry will serve the company well particularly as we seek to further grow and cultivate a strong games business,” Everi Chairman E. Miles Kilburn said in a statement.
Last month, Everi replaced Chary as CEO with board member Mike Rumbolz, who is holding the position on an interim basis.
