Progressive Gaming prices stock offering
Progressive Gaming International Corp., a Las Vegas slot maker, on Tuesday said its public offering of 20 million common-stock shares will be priced at $2.50 per share.
In a statement, Progressive Gaming said the company is offering all the shares. The offering's underwriters, Roth Capital Partners and Sterne, Agee & Leach, have a 30-day option to buy up to 3 million additional common-stock shares to cover overallotments, the company said.
Evolve, an Orlando, Fla.-based advertising agency, opened an office at 285 E. Warm Springs Road, Suite 106. Valerie Maher will serve as the new bureau's general manager.
The Las Vegas office of Hale Lane, a law firm, named Kelly McIntosh associate attorney.
Shannon Beach launched Krafty Kreations, a create and take arts and crafts store, at 3820 W. Ann Road, Suite 110.
City Center Cafe and Grill, an American bistro, opened at 303 Water St. and named Antonio Runco executive chef.
Strip House at Planet Hollywood Resort, a steakhouse, named Dave Gonzales general manager.
