Beasley Broadcast declares dividend

Beasley Broadcast Group, a Naples, Fla., radio station operator with holdings in Las Vegas, declared a quarterly cash dividend of 6.25 cents per share of its Class A and Class B common stock payable Jan.18, to shareholders of record Dec. 31.

In Las Vegas, Beasley operates KBET-AM (790), KDWN-AM (720), KYCE-FM (104.3), KFRH-FM (102.7) and KKLZ-FM (96.3).

Golden Gaming, operator of Golden Casino Group and Golden Tavern Group, named Todd Parmelee operations director.

Nevada Public Radio, the nonprofit corporation operating KNPR-FM (88.9) and KCNV (89.7), named David Becker programming director.

Marnell Properties named Mike Spainhour vice president of construction and real estate development.
