College schedules home financing class
The College of Southern Nevada will hold a seminar on home financing and refinancing from 9 a.m. until noon Saturday and June 14 at its Summerlin Campus, 333 Pavilion Center Drive.
The course will cover financing and loan types including Federal Housing Administration and Veterans Administration; conventional, investment, nonresident, adjustable-rate loans and more.
