Victoria L. Kammer has been appointed to broker development coordinator for Aflac. With 28 years of business-management and customer-service experience, Kammer will develop and oversee Aflac Broker relations and present Aflac capabilities to insurance brokers in Las Vegas and the surrounding area.

Kamer Zucker Abbott was selected as the highest ranked management-side labor and employment law firm in Nevada by Chambers &Partners in its 2014 USA Client’s Guide for America’s Leading Lawyers for Business. Chambers also highlighted several attorneys at the firm including founding partner Gregory Kamer, managing partner Scott Abbott, partner Carol Zucker and senior associate Bryan Cohen.

Goodwill of Southern Nevada named Susan Vogel vice president of finance and chief financial officer for UnitedHealthcare of Nevada, Utah and Idaho, to its board of directors. Vogel also serves as an officer for Health Plan of Nevada Inc., the state’s largest HMO, and Sierra Health and Life Insurance Co. Inc.

The National Atomic Testing Museum appointed Kathleen Frantz to vice president development and public relations. The museum added several board members. They are:

REAL ESTATE

Sky West Services named Michael Unger sales associate in its Las Vegas office. Unger brings several years of real estate expertise to his new position as well as more than 30 years of managerial experience in the hotel and casino industry. Working with businesses in the Las Vegas area, he will oversee commercial real estate sales in Southern Nevada.

Chelsy Cardin has been named marketing project manager for Colliers International — Las Vegas. In her role, Cardin oversees all local marketing efforts for Colliers International. She creates innovative marketing strategies for the brokerage firm, including increasing its social media presence, hosting local thought-leadership events and distributing ongoing updates and newsletters.
