Body of missing man recovered at Lake Havasu
KINGMAN, Ariz.-- The body of a man missing since a March 25 inner tubing accident has been recovered from Lake Havasu.
Spokeswoman Trish Carter said Mohave County sheriff's office deputies found the body about 11 a.m. Monday.
Carter said the body of Dwarkesh Prasannavathanam, 21, of Long Beach, Calif., was recovered from the north basin of the lake, near Crazy Horse Beach.
Prasannavathanam had failed to surface after falling off an inner tube that was being pulled by a boat, she said.
An autopsy is pending, and the death remains under investigation.
