Two brothers who pleaded guilty to impersonating police officers following a December incident had their probation revoked Wednesday after they were caught breaking curfew their first night out of custody.
Josiah Stratton, 21, and Timothy Stratton, 20, were arrested in December for claiming to be police officers and using a pellet gun to intimidate a car full of people.
As part of the deal with prosecutors, the brothers pleaded guilty to one count each of impersonating a police officer and conspiracy and were sentenced to probation in February.
Weeks later they were arrested again, and authorities sought to have their probation revoked.
On Wednesday, District Judge Linda Bell agreed. Timothy Stratton, who handled the pellet gun, was sentenced to two years in the Clark County Detention Center. Josiah Stratton was sentenced to one year in the county jail.
