Man indicted after series of Las Vegas robberies

A man was indicted Wednesday on 31 counts in connection with an armed robbery spree this summer in Las Vegas.

The indictment alleges that Danniel Marin and at least one other person robbed several gas stations and the Pepe’s Tacos at 4814 Boulder Highway between July 30 and August 1.

Marin faces 14 counts of robbery with a deadly weapon, five counts of burglary while a possession of a deadly weapon, five counts of conspiracy to commit robbery, two counts of attempted robbery with a deadly weapon and one count of possession of a stolen vehicle. He is accused of trying to take money and property from both employees and customers.

The defendant also faces three counts of battery with intent to commit a crime. The indictment alleges that he struck at least three people during the spree.

He also faces one count of conspiracy to commit larceny. According to the indictment, he grabbed a beer from a gas station and walked out without paying for it.

Marin was not in custody as of Wednesday afternoon. A warrant was issued for his arrest, and bail was set at $765,000.
