A strip club dancer pleaded not guilty Monday to drunken driving charges stemming from a March crash that killed a man and injured his son.
Shauna Diane Miller faces two counts of driving under the influence resulting in death or injury. A trial date was set for Dec. 9.
The 26-year-old was driving a Hummer when it crashed into a Ford Escort around 7:30 a.m. on March 23, prosecutors said.
The driver of the Escort, 33-year-old James White, was killed and his 2-year-old son suffered minor injuries.
Las Vegas police said Miller told investigators she took Xanax and drank two beers at work overnight at Spearmint Rhino, a strip club.
During the preliminary hearing, there was conflicting testimony about whether Miller ran a red light when she crashed into the Escort.
Miller remained in custody at the Clark County Detention Center on $200,000 bail.
