Coroner identifies man killed in Las Vegas apartment shooting

A person was wounded in a shooting Monday morning in the northwest Las Vegas Valley.

The shooting occurred just before 9 a.m. near North Tee Pee and Grand Teton Drive, according to a Metropolitan Police Department release.

The shooter has not been detained. The victim was transported to a nearby hospital.
