Clark County coroner identifies men found dead outside the Silver Nugget

The Clark County coroner has identified the two men found dead Sunday morning outside the Silver Nugget.

About 4 a.m., North Las Vegas police officers responded to a casino parking lot in the 2100 block of North Las Vegas Boulevard for reports of gunfire, where DeAndre Taylor, 45, and Delven Raspberry, 41, of Las Vegas were found suffering from apparent gunshot wounds, police said. Medical personnel arrived and pronounced both men dead on scene.

The police investigation shows a large group of people were gathered in the casino parking lot when one subject pulled out a firearm and started shooting. The suspect fled the scene and no one is in custody, police said. The case is under investigation.

Anyone with information about the shooting is urged to North Las Vegas police at 702-633-9111 or Crime Stoppers at 702-702-385-5555.
