The Las Vegas man accused of carrying out a fatal mass shooting at a Southern California church will remain in custody without bail, a judge ruled Friday.

Three members of the Hells Angels were indicted Friday on more than 35 felony charges in connection with a highway shooting that targeted members of the Vagos Motorcycle Club.
He was James Wagner, 59. He died of a gunshot wound to the chest, and his death was ruled a homicide.
