Our pick for best costume is Hilary Duff, if only because she didn't go the sexy route. Hilary's costume is pretty and her Day of the Dead makeup is awesome! Paris Hilton, on the other hand, was the sexy Alice and Wonderland. Emma Roberts donned a platinum-blonde wig for her "Pretty Woman" prostitute costume. Normally we wouldn't be impressed, but since Emma is of course Julia Roberts' neice, we think it's a cute idea. Not a clue what her boyfriend is supposed to be, however. Farmer? Finally Julianne Hough kept it classy with Ryan Seacrest as Bonnie and Clyde.
