MEYER LANSKY’S GRANDSON AT MOB EXPERIENCE PREVIEW CENTER

The grandson of crime boss Meyer Lansky was at the Mob Experience Preview Center today at the Tropicana for venue's opening. The grandson, Meyer Lansky II, has lived in Las Vegas for about three years. The attraction opens in December with more than 1,000 artifacts, including 200 pages of the mob chief's diaries and the Medal of Freedom presented to him by President Harry Truman for Lansky's World War II contributions. Several crime family members have loaned items to the attraction, including Tony Spilotro's .38-caliber handgun that he left at home the day he was killed.
