RHYS IFANS ARRESTED AT COMIC-CON
The Welsh actor was cited for misdemeanor battery for allegedly roughing up a female security guard before the cast was announced with much ado toward the end of a long, action-filled day in the cavernous Hall H. Ifans did not join his mates until about 10 or so minutes into the panel (which started late because of other panels running long), when he was confirmed as Spidey's main nemesis, Lizard.
Several guards told E! News that there was some "pushing and shoving" between the two which later led to his arrest by San Diego's Finest who booked him at a nearby station.
