The Palms is advancing its design of its club haven in a massive way with Kaos Dome: a see-through cover high above the Kaos pools area, connected to Kaos Nightclub.
For a night, XS Nightclub was dubbed Jurassic Park. A giant sign at Encore Beach Club flaunted that title.

The opening weekend of Kaos at the Palms was a lot like the 60-foot statue “Demon With a Bowl” that towers over the middle of the entertainment fortress’s dayclub: Imposing, impressive, overwhelming.
About 8,000 revelers poured through Kaos Nightclub’s three entrances for its industry night preview. The party raved through the early morning hours, with bucket-capped star DJ Marshmello bursting on the scene at about 1:45 a.m.

Bottles of Drake’s Mod Réserve retail for $300. His Mod Rosé Champagne is $400 (prices for the scores of bottles served at XS on Thursday have not been verified, but expect they were even higher than those listed).
Drake told a wild crowd at Wynn Las Vegas, “I’ll be back here at XS all year. You’ll have a lotta chances to see me.”
The club welcomed more than 600 CES attendees, offering a free drinks — up to $18 (with Strip prices in full effect) — for the first 500 to enter the club.
Naughty By Nature performed as expected and Flavor Flav — conveniently a Las Vegas resident — showed up unbilled on the first On The Record “OTR Wednesdays,” the club’s industry night at Park MGM.
Reportedly, and by a quick glance at the photos of his appearance on the Strip, Kevin Hart was showing no ill effects from being dropped from the Oscars telecast.
Many of the same faces, so many who had not been inside the Stirling Club at Turnberry Place for 6 1/2 years, re-ignitedthe building on NYE. More than 600 guests who paid $150 filed in for a shot to pop the cork and ushered in a new era for a regal property.
