Rachel’s Kitchen is a local franchise with humble beginnings. The culinary brainchild of Debbie Sofer Roxarzade, it is named for her daughter Rachel and started with the first location in Summerlin in 2006. Since then, Rachel’s Kitchen has grown to seven Las Vegas Valley restaurants, including the Centennial Hills location.

Volcano Grille recently moved to a home with more space in the dining room and the kitchen. With a background in traditional teppanyaki, knives and spatulas are flying, so the chefs can use all the space they can get.
