Free children's festival set for Saturday

The 15th annual Clark County Children's Festival is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at the Winchester Cultural Center and Park, 3130 S. McLeod Drive.

The event will feature bounce houses, an obstacle course, Ferris wheel, train, balloon artists, face painting, carnival-style games, historical mock battles, storytelling and a drum circle.

Entertainment will be provided by the Star Catchers, Winchester Players, Dixie Dooley, African Arts Productions, Showbiz Kidz, the Lohan School of Shaolin.

Admission is free, but there is a small fee for some activities, rides and concessions.
