Estiatorio Milos at The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas has introduced three three-course prix-fixe menus: the $49 Moonlight Menu, available from 10 p.m. to closing Mondays through Saturdays and 4 p.m. to closing Sundays; the $49 Sunset Menu, from 4 to 7 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays and 4 p.m. to closing Sundays; and the $29.50 Pre-Event Menu, from 4 to 8 p.m. daily. The restaurant also offers a happy-hour menu, served at the bar from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays, and Power Lunch (for anyone with Nevada ID), three courses for $22.13, but free if it isn’t delivered in 60 minutes or less.
