'Video Games Live' comes to Henderson

The Las Vegas Philharmonic will perform a multimedia concert as part of "Video Games Live" at 8 p.m. Saturday at the Henderson Pavilion, 200 S. Green Valley Parkway.

The musicians will synchronize their playing with the video game clips shown on a screen.

The "Mario," "Zelda," "Halo," "Final Fantasy" "Metal Gear Solid" and "Guitar Hero" games will be among those represented.

A "Classic Arcade Medley" will include games from "Pong" to "Donkey Kong."

A pre-show festival featuring game demonstrations, a costume contest and prizes will begin at 7 p.m.

Tickets are $25-$45.
