Pianist Perlman joins philharmonic
Works by Beethoven and Rachmaninoff highlight the Las Vegas Philharmonic’s Masterworks III concert at 8 p.m. Saturday at Artemus Ham Hall on the campus of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
Pianist Navah Perlman, Itzhak Perlman’s daughter, joins the philharmonic to play Beethoven’s “Piano Concerto No. 3 in C Minor.”
Rachmaninoff’s “Symphony No. 3 in A Minor” ends the evening.
