Friends become neighbors at Pardee Homes’ Camino in Eldorado area

Amineh and Keon Harvey, Brittani and Mario Williams and Charmaine and Denzel Williams are a close-knit group of friends. In fact, the three couples and their children all recently moved into the same Pardee Homes neighborhood at the northern rim of the Las Vegas Valley.

Amineh and Keon Harvey were the first to buy, purchasing a Plan One with a loft in May at the builder’s Sandstone community, which was closing out. In May, Pardee celebrated the grand opening of Camino in the same area, which is off Ann Road just west of Camino Al Norte.

Next to buy were Charmaine and Denzel Williams, who also selected one of the final homes at Sandstone. The couple, along with their daughter, London, moved into their home in October.

Mario and Brittani Williams soon followed their friends, purchasing a Plan Three at Camino, the next generation of Sandstone. The couple, along with 2-year-old daughter, Nia, and 6-month-old son, Tre, moved into their new home in September.

The new homeowners had one more thing in common — all three worked with Pardee’s new homes specialist Maria Amico.

The friends enjoy Sunday dinners together, rotating hosting duties among their new Pardee homes.

“It’s been fun to live close to our friends, and our daughter Nia enjoys being close enough for regular play dates with her cousin, London,” said Mario Williams, who is a cousin to Charmaine Williams. “We are all enjoying our new Pardee Homes and our close friendships.”

Amineh Harvey summed up their shared experience best.

“It has truly been a blessing and a dream of ours to become homeowners. Why not share it with our lifelong friends?”

Camino offers three flexible floor plans with up to 2,385 square feet of two-story living space with up to five bedrooms and three baths. Each plan includes a convenient downstairs bedroom and bath as well as a complete kitchen with refrigerator and microwave included. Prices start from $250,490.

“Camino is our newest offering in the Eldorado area, where Pardee Homes has been building new homes and communities for nearly 30 years,” said Klif Andrews, Pardee Homes division president.

Camino Plan One measures 1,954 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths and two-car garage while Plan Two measures 2,311 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, loft or optional fifth bedroom and two-car garage.

Camino Plan Three measures 2,385 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, two-car garage and loft. An optional retreat or optional fifth bedroom is offered instead of the loft.

Camino is near Sandstone Ridge Park, and Eldorado’s Eldorado and Seastrand Parks are just minutes away. The under-construction Dignity Health-St. Rose Dominican neighborhood hospital, located south of Camino at Craig Road and Martin Luther King Boulevard, is anticipated to open in 2017.
