Inspirada Seventh Best-selling Master-planned Community in the Nation

Inspirada has been recognized as the seventh top-selling master-planned community in the United States, according to the end-of-year report from RCLCO, formerly Robert Charles Lesser &Co.

The report lists 564 sales for Inspirada in 2016, which demonstrate a 45 percent increaseover last year. This is the second consecutive year the evolving community has been included in the top 10 list for best master-planned communities in the country.

Located in Henderson, Nevada, just minutes from Interstate 15, Inspirada is made up of five nationally acclaimed and award-winning builders, including Beazer Homes, Century Communities, KB Home, Pardee Homes and Toll Brothers. Homebuyers can tour nearly 70 new model homes in 15 different neighborhoods, finding homes suited for every lifestyle, with prices starting in the high $100,000s to $500,000.

Inspirada features 1,500 acres that is home to four parks, six resident-only swimming pools and Pinecrest Academy Inspirada campus charter school, which currently is under construction on its second phase.

This will add a middle school to the campus to facilitate its existing middle school students for the 2017–18 school year. The new extension of the charter school will bring a dozen additional classrooms, as well as space allocated for physical education and science classes. At capacity, the school will offer five classes per grade level and up to 1,200 students.

Additional amenities will include a new fire station, which is the first new station the city of Henderson has built in nearly two decades; a new elementary school that will be located near Potenza Park and is slated to open for the 2018 school year; and the extension of Democracy Drive to Las Vegas Boulevard, which is under construction and scheduled to open later this year.

The Bureau of Land Management opened the Sloan Canyon Visitor Contact Station and Nawghaw Poa Road, improving access to Sloan and Petroglyph canyons through Inspirada.

Today’s Inspirada offers brand new single- and two-story homes, as well as patio homes, with flexible floor plans, generous yards and options.

Located across from the 20-acre Aventura Park, Beazer’s Reliance Collection features four two- and three-story floor plans with outdoor decks, while the gated Park Collection offers six single-story floor plans with “pop-up” options featuring additional living space in the attic.

The homes offer between 1,900 and 2,500 square feet of living space and spacious outdoor living areas to take in Inspirada’s mountain and city-lights views.

Also near Aventura Park is Century Communities’ Sestina neighborhood comprising two home collections of six models and seven plans in one- and two-story floor plans. Homes range in size from 1,786 to 3,528 square feet and spacious floor plans include up to six bedrooms, four-and-a-half 4½ baths and three-car garages.

KB Home’s Inspirada neighborhoods — Reserves, the gated Terraces and the one-story Enclaves Collection — include one- and two-story homes ranging in size from 1,558 to 4,343 square feet.

KB Home’s 14 model homes and sales center are located off Via Firenze, west of Paladi Avenue and adjacent to Potenza Park. Two-story homes in Greencourts at Inspirada are priced from $229,000, and Groves at Inspirada, KB Home’s townhome neighborhood, is priced from the high $100,000s and feature five floor plans between 1,366 and 1,843 square feet.

Pardee Homes currently has three new-home sales galleries and models located east of Potenza Park in Inspirada — Montero, Escala and Strada. Montero offers one- and two-story homes with up to 3,496 square feet of living space, including Pardee’s GenSmart Suite option, while Pardee’s Escala Collection features one- and two-story homes with up to 3,949 square feet of living space. Strada, scheduled to open on Feb. 25, features three new floor plan designs with up to 2,433 square feet and elevations including Farmhouse, Contemporary and Spanish.

Toll Brothers’ neighborhoods at Inspirada include the Carmona Collection across from Capriola Park, which offers two-story plans on estate-sized home sites. The gated Veneto and Fortana neighborhoods feature single-story homes across from Aventura Park recently were joined by the Brunello Collection of single-family homes on pool-sized home sites.
