In 2014, Ben Rue’s debut single “I Can’t Wait (Be My Wife)” was hailed with the wedding recognition by Billboard, and he just released his new single “Let Em Loose.”
One Las Vegas, the twin, 20-story condominium tower on the south end of Las Vegas Boulevard at 8255 S. Las Vegas Blvd. has received approval from Fannie Mae to offer financing options as low as 3 percent down for eligible primary homebuyers. The National Association of Home Builders has selected architect Michael Gardner, principal of Henderson-based studio g Architecture, for the 2019 New American Remodel.
