Pardee Homes adds new neighborhoods valleywide

Pardee Homes celebrated the opening of new neighborhoods valleywide in 2015, including Meridian in southwest Las Vegas, Castle Rock and North Peak in Eldorado, a master-planned community at the northern rim of the Las Vegas Valley, and Bella Verdi in Henderson's Inspirada.

Located at the southwest corner of Wigwam Avenue and Buffalo Drive, Meridian's contemporary new-home designs feature living spaces ranging from 2,920 square feet to 3,946 square feet on home sites that are one-third acre and larger. Prices start from $566,000.

Meridian features new Desert Contemporary, Desert Prairie and Contemporary Spanish exteriors on homes that include up to five bedrooms and 4½ baths. Amenities of the homes include 12-foot ceilings, optional detached casita including bath and wet bar options, spacious game rooms, up to four-car garages and unique sliding, stacking and even optional pocket doors to create functional indoor/outdoor living areas.

To reach Meridian, take Buffalo Drive north off Blue Diamond Road or south off the 215 Beltway.

Pardee's Castle Rock and North Peak gated neighborhoods offer eight floor plans in Eldorado.

Homes at Castle Rock range from 2,979 to 4,044 square feet with open floor plans, covered patios, game rooms, lofts, up to six bedrooms and up to a four-car garage. Prices start from $341,490.

North Peak's new-home designs feature open floor plans, covered patios as standard, lofts and up to five bedrooms. Homes range from 1,885 to 2,948 square feet and include a single-story plan with three bedrooms, two baths, two-bay garage and den or optional fourth bedroom. Prices start from $274,490.

To reach Castle Rock and North Peak from the northern 215 Beltway, exit at Aliante Parkway and head south. Turn left on Deer Springs Road and follow the signs to the neighborhoods.

Pardee's Bella Verdi in the Inspirada community features two-story home designs that range from 2,614 to 3,241 square feet with up to five bedrooms and four baths, two- and three-car garages as well as great rooms, lofts and game rooms on select plans and covered patios on all plans. Prices start from $372,990.

Bella Verdi is off of Via Firenze near Inspirada's Potenza and Capriola Parks, both new city of Henderson parks.

To reach Bella Verdi from St. Rose Parkway, head south on Executive Airport Drive which becomes Via Inspirada south of Volunteer Boulevard. Continue south on Via Inspirada, which becomes Bicentennial Parkway. Turn left on Via Firenze to reach Bella Verdi.
