Pardee to open Skye Canyon neighborhood

Pardee Homes’ soon-to-open Keystone at Skye Canyon represents the latest in new floor plans from the longtime Southern Nevada homebuilder.

Among the new plans debuting at Keystone is the award-winning transitional farmhouse elevation featuring a modern design that is influenced by the builder’s Farmhouse Responsive Home, a 2016 Gold Nugget Grand Award winner.

A grand opening is planned Sept 10 for Keystone, a collection of single- and two-story floor plans that range from 2,520 to 3,868 square feet with up to five bedrooms and up to 4½ baths and outdoor rooms. Homes are offered in three distinct elevations — Nevada Living, Contemporary Spanish and Transitional Farmhouse. Prices are anticipated to start from the mid-$400,000s.

“Pardee is looking forward to becoming a part of the Skye Canyon master-plan with the debut of four exciting new floor plans at Keystone,” Pardee Homes Division President Klif Andrews said.

Keystone Plan One measures 2,520 square feet in a single-story design with up to three bedrooms and a den, and 2½ baths. The plan features a porch entry, outdoor room and two-car garage plus single-bay garage.

Plan Two is another single-story design that measures 2,816 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, entry courtyard, outdoor room, teen room and two-bay tandem garage.

Plan Three measures 3,463 square feet with up to five bedrooms including a downstairs master suite and guest bedroom with full bath. The home features a courtyard and outdoor room, game room upstairs, covered deck and two-car tandem garage.

Measuring 3,868 square feet with up to five bedrooms, Plan Four has a porch entry, game room, downstairs guest bedroom with full bath, outdoor room, loft or second bedroom, covered deck and two-car garage plus single-car garage.

Skye Canyon is a 1,700-acre, master-planned community in northwest Las Vegas at the corner of U.S. Highway 95 and Skye Canyon Park Drive (formerly Horse Drive). Skye Center is an 8,142-square-foot contemporary rustic community center and Skye Fitness is a state-of-the-art fitness facility.
