Toll Brothers invites families to celebrate the change of seasons at today's kickoff of Oktollberfest at Mirasol at Mountain's Edge. Guests can enjoy festive food, crafty activities and fun for the whole family today.

Toll Brothers' Oktollberfest is also ideally timed with spellbinding incentives for today's value-driven home shoppers at Mirasol at Mountain's Edge. Families who buy through Oct. 31 can qualify for $10,000 toward personalization options, $2,500 toward closing costs and up to $10,000 off home site premiums, according to a company representative.

The national builder invites home shoppers to tour its two professionally decorated model homes behind the private gates at Mirasol at Mountain's Edge in Las Vegas. Open single- and two-story designs range from 2,424 to 3,218 square feet of energy-efficient living area, and they offer entertaining areas, walk-in pantries, Energy Star-qualified stainless steel appliances, lofty ceilings and three-car garages. Home pricing starts from the upper $300,000s.

Heightening the value of their Mirasol at Mountain's Edge home is the spectacular master-planned community of Mountain's Edge. Its expansive Exploration Park includes picnic areas, playgrounds, a water play area, walking trails and outdoor amphitheater. Mountains Edge has dedicated more than 500 acres to open space, parks and trail systems.

Toll Brothers homeowners also have exclusive access to Mirasol's heated pool and spa, outdoor barbecue and covered patio.
