William Lyon to open age-qualified community in Pahrump

Excitement continues to build as Ovation at Mountain Falls — William Lyon Homes’ age-qualified community — nears its scheduled opening of early spring. The debut of these homes represents the builder’s first Nevada edition of its new “Ovation, A Lyon Active Lifestyle Community” collection.

With characteristic expertise and intuitiveness, the William Lyon team re-envisioned the design of the typical senior living environment. Just a few examples toward those goals include nine single-level homes with open plans and clean lines, with a thoughtful orientation to nature, views and outdoor living. More comfortable living is found in large, covered patios with optional outdoor kitchens, walk-in showers with seats, wider interior doorways and additional storage space.

Within the gates of the Pahrump housing development is the start of many active lifestyle opportunities. Close at hand and private to Ovation residents is a recreation center that syncs indoor/outdoor spaces — from pool, spa, fire pits and outdoor barbecues to cardio, fitness, billiards and creativity rooms. Ovation at Mountain Falls is a gated community consisting of three distinct product offerings: Onyx, Jade and Topaz, each of which features three floor plans. These nine modern single-story homes are within the golf course master plan of Mountain Falls with many homesites offering stunning golf course, desert and mountain views. Before even getting to the option list, the increased square footage (1,982 to 2,152 square feet) provides a sense spatial abundance where it makes the most sense in daily living — the master bedroom, the kitchen island, the laundry room and the closets.

Topaz is the largest of the Ovation collections, combining many features and qualities of Onyx and Jade, while enhancing the experience even further. Front porches and courtyards grace exteriors (per plan), while every great room entry continues the sense of generous space and outdoor enjoyment. Two to four bedrooms, 2½ baths, and two and three-car garages (per plan) are priced from $295,000, with a number of available area configurations available.
