The 14th floor of Park Towers screams luxury at $2.9 million — PHOTOS

Entering the evocative foyer, it's definite that this is an ultimate bachelor pad — or bachelorette, of course!

The front antechamber of the home is lined by a striking wall of incandescent light bulbs that could easily be featured in a music video by hometown heroes The Killers, or even Elvis' famous 1968 comeback concert.

The foyer is separated by an automated, sliding transparent wall that is perforated by view holes in perfect Pop Art style. It's almost a mechanical valet that can let guests in when the party scene is set.

Entering the main room of the residence, it's clear that party and Park Towers both begin with "p." To the right is a bar with shelving to display — and serve — top-notch bottles of rare spirits.

Further inside, a sunken living room is sided by a multi-screened media center on one wall and a wide-windowed real-life technicolor expanse of gleaming towers like the Wynn and Palazzo with mountains framed in the distance.

A large couch is custom-made and stylishly curved to match the condominium's architecture.

"It comes fully furnished," said Routh-Silberman of the residence.

Outside spaces let residents enjoy Las Vegas' many months of pleasant weather in al fresco style.

"There are three balconies with just killer views," she said.

The entire abode is wired with a $500,000 sound system to keep an uptempo soirée beat going or set a quiet romantic nocturnal mood.

Close to the living room is a necessary part of any entertainment-centric domicile — a gourmet kitchen complete with cutting-edge Gaggeneau appliances.

With a sunny view to the more naturalistic eastern horizon of the Las Vegas Valley, the galley is sleek and modernistic. There is a handy marble-topped island with a sleekly descending metal hood. A comfortable dining space is window-side.

There is abundant cabinet space in the kitchen itself, as well as a large pantry/storage area close by.

Further on is a large wardrobe room with a central shelved table and more than ample closet space for maintaining stylish couture collections befitting the swank locale.

The east side of the residence tones down the extravagance, exuberance and bravado just a tiny bit.

There residents can relax in a separate living room with media center. It also makes for a useful home office space.
