Adventure abounds at Springs Preserve

Camp will never be the same once children experience it the Springs Preserve way. The Springs Preserve’s weeklong Adventure Camps for ages 6 to 12 offer something for every young explorer .

They’ll come face-to-face with a Gila monster, create ecofriendly crafts, set out on a nature walk or scavenger hunt and delve into the interactive museums. Children act out and get silly (or serious) with drama pros on stage and go for a swim at the nearby YMCA. Educational experts lead the fun, so skip the child care and chart a course for summer adventure.

The Springs Preserve presents camps in partnership with Drama Kids International and the YMCA. For rates and registration, visit springspreserve.org, call 702-822-7700 or visit the Springs Preserve ticket window at 333 S. Valley View Blvd. These weeklong camps take place June 10-Aug. 23.
