The Ethel M Chocolate Factory Cactus Garden holiday lights were unveiled in Henderson on Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2011.  After more than two months of preparation, over 500,000 holiday lights now illuminate the three acres of cactuses and desert landscaping. The tradition is 18 years in the making.
