Hundreds ‘scream’ for Springs Preserve Ice Cream Festival — PHOTOS

Hundreds enjoyed all-you-can-eat frozen treats Saturday during the 2016 Ice Cream Festival at the Las Vegas Springs Preserve. There were popsicles, root beer floats, sundaes and more than a few sticky-faced youngsters. Frozen treats headlined the family-friendly event, which included an ice cream-eating contest, but there was plenty more to experience, including face painting, storytelling, a pirate magic show, carnival games, a bubble play station, and entertainment by Chimps on a Blimp.
