Chinese New Year’s Year of the Goat is starting with a massive, LED dragon at The Forum Shops in Caesars Palace.
The 22-foot-long dragon, weighing in at 950 pounds with 30,000 LED lights, sits at the entrance of the shops. It was created by Studio Artefact to be on display through Chinese New Year, which is celebrated on Thursday, February 19.
