PT’s focuses on brews at latest restaurant

PT’s Brewing Co., 3101 N. Tenaya Way

This new concept from PT’s Entertainment Group opened Feb. 10 in the former location of Tenaya Creek Brewery. It serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. It also offers its own six signature brews and one seasonal brew (also available in flights and growlers), as well as craft beers from breweries local and farther afield. Industry veteran Dave Otto is brewmaster. Here’s a sample of the menu:

Breakfast: Chicken-fried steak and eggs, $12.99; Brew House Benedict, $10.99; thick-sliced French toast, $7.99; create-your-own omelet or burrito, $10.99, with additional items 75 cents to $1.50.

Starters, soups and salads: Golden Wings, $12.99; loaded chips, $12.99; beef sliders, $9.99; IPA split pea soup, $8.99; Brew House Chili, $9.99; chicken chopped Cobb salad, $12.99; Caesar salad, $9.99.

Sandwiches: Ultimate Grilled Cheese, $14.99; barbecue pulled-pork sandwich, $10.99; Caesar chicken wrap, $12.99; country-fried chicken, $12.99.

Share plates: Brew Brussels, $10.99; shrimp and grits, $13.99; loaded potatoes, $10.99; soft pretzel, $10.99.
