2 men slain Friday at east valley shopping center ID’d

Two men shot and killed Friday outside an east valley smoke shop have been identified by the Clark County coroner's office.

Aaron Anderson, 25, and Alton Chucky Bullard Jr., 32, were gunned down outside Bargain Smokes shop about 12:20 p.m., Las Vegas police said.

Anderson, Bullard and a third man were standing outside the smoke shop in the 5500 block of Boulder Highway, when a fourth man approached them, police said. The group exchanged words with the gunman, who left, but returned a short while later and fired several rounds at them, striking Anderson and Bullard.

Anderson died at the scene. Bullard was taken to Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center where he later died, Sanford said.

The third man, who hasn't been identified, wasn't wounded, police said. He and at least five other witnesses were cooperating with detectives.

No arrests have been announced and the shooter was described by police as a light-skinned black man who stands between 5 feet, 10-inches and 6 feet, 3 inches, wearing dark blue shorts and a white shirt. He was last seen running along Tropicana.
