4 indicted on robbery, kidnapping charges after Vegas party

Four men were indicted by a Clark County grand jury Friday on robbery and kidnapping charges.

Prosecutor Tierra Jones said Kareem Myles Alexander-Drake, Marcel Szczypka, Jacob Couch and Damon Cobb held a group of victims at gunpoint after Cobb thought money was stolen from him at a party in Las Vegas on July 17.

The victims had their cell phones taken after they were were driven around to find juveniles Cobb believed stole his money, according to the prosecutor.

The defendants face four counts of first-degree kidnapping, four counts of robbery with a deadly weapon, four counts of coercion with a deadly weapon, four counts of preventing or dissuading a witness or victim from reporting crime, and one count of conspiracy to commit kidnapping.

Judge Linda Bell set bail at $400,000 for each of the defendants.
