Car crashes into Summerlin Animal Hospital

Two people suffered minor injuries Friday when a car crashed into Summerlin Animal Hospital, Las Vegas police said.

A small Hyundai crashed into the building at 8564 Del Webb Blvd., near Rampart Boulevard, just before noon.

Two employees were injured, but additional information on their conditions was not available, Metro spokesman Lt. Mark Reddon said.

No one was taken to the hospital and no one was cited in the crash, according to Metro spokesman Officer Laura Meltzer.

An animal hospital employee said no one was seriously hurt and no animals were harmed in the crash.
