Coroner IDs Henderson couple found dead in murder-suicide
The Clark County coroner's office on Monday identified a Henderson couple found dead Tuesday in a murder-suicide.
Coroner's office staff said Howard Bezoza, 63, shot his wife, Karen Sue Ash, 63, before turning the gun on himself in a home in the 10 block of Via Paradiso, a residential street in Lake Las Vegas.
A friend called police about 9 p.m. when Bezoza texted him saying he could no longer handle the stress and pain, police said.
Henderson police officers found the bodies during a welfare check, police said. Both died from gunshot wounds to the head.
Police said there was no history of police calls to the house prior to the shooting.
